How we built a complete commercial campaign — and showed the work

The Black Friday 2026 campaign was built for Digital Flow itself. This note records the pieces and process that can be checked in the public case.

01 · What we produced

A connected set of campaign materials

  • Seven videos for each campaign language, organised by funnel stage.
  • A sales page and a partner page.
  • A fictional client example to demonstrate the offer.
  • A 12-test report, measurements with Google tools and a demonstration site x-ray.
  • An email kit, social carousels and a standard set of commercial documents.

02 · How we presented it

One page for reviewing the delivery

We gathered the materials on one review page, with decision cards and labels showing what was new and what had changed. The client example is identified as fictional.

The page lets a reviewer open and inspect the work instead of relying on a short summary.

03 · What we learned

Quality needs observable criteria

  • Narration needs to pass a quality gate before publication.
  • Captions should follow the approved script.
  • Page measurements need to state what was measured and under which conditions.
  • An organised review makes new decisions distinct from revisions made during the work.
