Privacy notice

Last updated 5 August 2026.

This notice explains what Digital Flow does with the information you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email hello@digitalflowagency.eu and a person will answer.

Who is responsible

The data controller is:

  • Diogo Tavernard Silveira - Digital Flow
  • Chrastie 756/1, 040 01 Košice - mestská časť Sever, Slovak Republic
  • IČO: 57063907
  • Registered in the Slovak Trade Register (Živnostenský register), Okresný úrad Košice, registration number 820-109730
  • Email: hello@digitalflowagency.eu

Digital Flow is a digital solutions and marketing agency working remote-first with clients across Slovakia, in English and Slovak. The address above is the registered place of business and is published because Slovak law requires it; it is not a walk-in office.

What we collect, and why

  • The contact form. Your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact channel, preferred time and the message you write. We use it only to answer your enquiry and to run the project if we work together.
  • The Digital Guide. The messages you type into the chat panel are processed in your own browser to choose an answer from a fixed, pre-approved set. They are not sent to a server, not stored between visits, and not used to train anything. If you ask to speak to a person, the Guide hands you to the contact form or opens your messaging app — at that point the information you then send is covered by the paragraph above.
  • Analytics. Only if you accept it. See the section below.

What we do not do

  • We do not add you to a mailing list.
  • We do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
  • We do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.
  • We do not set any cookie for advertising.

Legal basis

For enquiries: your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacted us. For a live project: performance of the contract between us. For analytics: your consent, which you can decline or withdraw.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept while the enquiry is open and for up to twelve months afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation you return to. After that they are deleted. Project records are kept for as long as the working relationship lasts and for the period Slovak accounting and tax rules require.

The endpoint that receives the form also keeps a copy for 30 days and then deletes it automatically. It exists so that a mail delivery failure cannot lose your message, not as a database: it stores no IP address, and the only record of where a submission came from is a one-hour, one-way hash used to stop repeated automated posting.

Who else processes your information

  • Google Ireland Ltd - Google Workspace hosts the mailbox that receives your enquiry, and Google Analytics measures site usage if you accept it.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. - serves this website and runs the endpoint that receives the contact form. Your submission passes through it on the way to our mailbox.

We use no other processor. No advertising network, no CRM, no email marketing platform, and no chat vendor: the Digital Guide is our own code running in your browser.

Analytics and cookies

This site loads no analytics and sets no analytics cookie until you accept it in the banner. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation and Google Consent Mode to understand which pages and sections are useful. If you decline, nothing is loaded and nothing is stored. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. That request tells Google your IP address, as any request to any server does. No cookie is set by it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@digitalflowagency.eu and we will respond within one month. If you believe we have handled your information badly, you can complain to the Slovak supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), dataprotection.gov.sk.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not make changes retroactively apply to information you already sent us.
